WAYDA will take over your shipping cost for any purchase beyond 80 Euros in Germany and France.
You will be asked to sign for goods delivered at which point responsibility passes to you.
Please check the content of the parcel at delivery and get in touch with us as soon as you detect damaged at the packaging.
You can place your order 24/7 a week. The dispatch of your purchased products will be conducted during working days. See delivery leadtimes for working days only.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In case our product do not entirely satisfy your expectations. You have up to 14 days (from the date of your receipt of your order) to return the product. To do so please get in touch with us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org in order to express your demand for return or expectations. We will study your demand and reply you by mail within 24 hours.
We will refund you a soon as we have received the products. Please ensure that you keep them intact, clean and in a perfect state for resale. We are unable to offer the Free Returns service to Europe or further afield. Return of products will be on your own cost.
Please use a Recorded Delivery service to make sure your parcel gets back safely without loss. Retain your receipt for postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post and will not be refunded. A 'proof of posting' form will not be sufficient.
